The Standard is primarily concerned with characteristics and levels of electromagnetic fields and of non-network-frequency-related conducted emissions from unintentional sources of interference. It is one of a series of Standards applicable to electromagnetic compatibility. This Standard is identical with and has been reproduced from IEC 61000-2-3:1992.
